The connection between FASD and Homlessness
is well established.
Homelessness will never be eliminated so long as there are those who suffer with the adaptive and executive disabilities of FASD.
FASD is the Cause. Homelessness is the Effect.
To address Homelessness without addressing FASD, in terms of both prevention and management is futile.
