Being a parent, step parent and foster parent of co-occurring disorder kids has been difficult due to lack of services and stigma. Still, it is incredibly rewarding to see my children (now adults) who are in recovery and due to support I was able to obtain through Wraparound I am able to continue to hold the hope for my adult children who still suffer.

Being a parent is challenging for all of us ... our supports and services should support individuals with mi/sud in their role as a parent and their child with a "two generation" focus
