What you mean by prevention will kill kids. We need research into non-drug alternatives
Research futher Open Dialogue, Aaron Beck's cbt for schizophrenia, chadwick's cbt for psychosis and Acceptance and committment therapy. ALL non drug interventions. and look for others and research. STOP KILLING US.

I suggest you look at what is happening in the Alzheimer's community. When anti-psychotics were shown to be ineffective and dangerous to people with Alz., they began to work on how to enhance the person's well-being by changing the environment and the caregiving. They have found non-drug alternatives to be very effective in eliminating agitation, anxiety, and confusion. Is there some reason why we can't do this?
