In Massachuesetts, our school discipline systems are left up to individual schools/ districts. They are often personed with low-paid, miniumly trained people that are dealing with students who have the most mental health challenges. I believe this area to be a tragically undersupported and ignored, and probably leading to our drop out crisis. I would love to see articles about what is possible and working!
